OER Proposes Amendments to Brownfield Incentive Grant Program

The New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) has proposed rules that would amend its Brownfield Incentive Grant (BIG) Program. The proposed rule will continue the BIG Program at reduced appropriations.
