NY State Appeals Court Rules NYSDEC Improperly Denied BCP Application

A state appeals court overturned a lower court decision and ruled that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) had improperly denied a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application.
