Like many other legal practice
areas, environmental law is highly specialized field which is constantly
evolving. Many small and mid-sized firms who do not have full-time
environmental lawyers may not be adequately servicing the needs of their
clients and may also be missing opportunities to expand the legal services
they are providing to their clients.
We have assisted a number of firms with the environmental issues posed by a corporate or real estate transactions or have helped law firms retain client matters that they would have had to otherwise refer to another law firm.
We have established a variety of billing arrangements with law firms that allow the firms to participate in the revenues generated by the assignment. We have also sensitive to the needs of law firms to protect their client relationships and will structure our arrangements in a way that meets the needs of a particular law firm.
